Only French manga this week (and not very much for me, I’ve been a in a novel reading mood). I’ve been buying a larger percentage of manga in French now that I can afford it (it does cost slightly more). If you can read French you should seriously consider it: the selection is much better as is the quality of the translations and of the books themselves. And remember you can ask for reviews in the comments.

Hikari no Densetsu, volume 1 (French) by Izumi Aso
- A shoujo manga from the 80s about rythmic gymnastics! Someone was thinking of me. ^_^
Kings of Shogi, volume 1: The Flowers of Hard Blood (French) by Masaro Katori & Jiro Ando
- A young girl who witnessed her parents’ brutal murder becomes a professional shogi player.
Puzzle, volume 8 (French) by Ryo Ikuemi
- Puzzle presents a series of tragic, interconnected love stories. Very touching but I keep forgetting the characters from volume to volume.
Twinkle Stars, volume 10 (French) by Natsuki Takaya
- Chihiro’s old girlfriend has awoken from her coma, can his budding love with Sakuya survive?
